Privacy Policy
HC3 is a Florida-based industrial hygiene consultancy. This policy explains how we handle personal information under United States privacy laws — primarily the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA — and related federal rules such as CAN-SPAM for email.

1. Who we are
Healthcare Consulting & Contracting (“HC3,” “we,” “us”) operates hc3fl.com from Tallahassee, Florida. Contact: DKrause@HC3FL.com · (850) 329-6841 · 2976 Wellington Circle W., Tallahassee, FL 32309.
2. US privacy framework (not EU GDPR)
HC3 is a United States business. Our primary consumer privacy obligations for website visitors and leads are under US state privacy laws, especially California’s CCPA/CPRA. That is the US counterpart people often compare to Europe’s GDPR: both require transparency and individual rights, but CCPA/CPRA uses different definitions (e.g. “sale” and “share” of personal information) and remedies. We design this site for CCPA/CPRA-style notice and choice. If you are in the EEA/UK and contact us, we still handle your data carefully and you may email us to exercise access or deletion requests.
3. Information we collect
- Information you submit — name, email, phone, organization, facility details, consultation requests, messages, and newsletter sign-ups (stored in our CMS as form submissions).
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics when you allow analytics cookies.
- Consent records — when you check a consent box we store that you agreed, the time, and the privacy policy version, with your submission.
4. How we use information
- Respond to consultation and contact requests
- Provide requested resources and newsletter content (with consent)
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Comply with law and protect our rights
We do not sell personal information for money. See our Do Not Sell or Share page for advertising/analytics choices.
5. Form consent & CMS storage
Consultation, contact, and newsletter forms require an affirmative consent checkbox before we accept your submission. Submissions (including consent metadata) are stored in Payload CMS for our team to follow up. You can ask us to delete or correct stored submissions by emailing DKrause@HC3FL.com.
6. Cookies
We use necessary cookies/local storage for site function and consent preferences. Analytics (e.g. Google Tag Manager) load only after you opt in. Details: Cookie Policy.
7. Your CCPA/CPRA rights
If you are a California resident, you may request to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
- Access or delete personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as those terms are defined by CCPA)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information, where applicable
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise rights, email DKrause@HC3FL.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We will verify your identity as required and respond within the timelines set by applicable law.
8. Children
Our services are directed to businesses and professionals, not to children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date and policy version (2026-07-20) will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
