BOOK AN APPOINTMENT NOW GSA Will Pay Up To $3500 For the Testing GSA reimburses the cost of baseline drinking water testing as required by GSA Order PBS 1000.7A, November 16, 2023. Costs are typically around $3,500. However, for certain buildings with complex water systems, the cost of baseline drinking water testing can exceed the typical amount. HC3 can prepare the necessary justification if baseline drinking water testing costs will exceed the allotted amount. This fee does not cover additional costs for response actions such as remediation costs should there be an exceedance of select water-borne pathogens or metals detections above the GSA referenced criterias.
