Robert McNeely is the Chief of Operations for Healthcare Consulting and Contracting, Inc. (HC3). He manages the day-to-day operations for HC3.
Robert believes that clients do not request consulting services solely because of the name on the door, but because of the people within the company. That is why he helps mentor new employees along with more senior employees to find their path to higher level of fulfillment at HC3.
Robert also tirelessly helps HC3 clients navigate through their complex health and safety situations. In the hours that he is not helping clients he is being entertained by his six children and lovely wife, Naravadee.
He has been in the health and safety industry for over 20 years and has enjoyed the variety of experiences that it has provided. Robert received a B.S. in Microbiology from University of California, Davis and an M.S. in Industrial Hygiene from Montana Tech.
He has also achieved certifications as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Through years of working in the health and safety industry he has created his own mantra,
“hope is not one of the hierarchy of controls”
